Escapism for the mind - your bi-monthly dose of Fernweh.
I’ve been running around like a mad woman, trying to soak up every second of life. Spring trips to Greece, weddings galore, dancing through the night, yoga in the mornings, spontaneous coffees and incredibly planned dinners.
I need a moment to breathe, but I don’t want to stop with adventure…
I’ve found myself with my first (and only) un-planned weekend this summer, and I’m going to spend it by playing tourist in Berlin. First, a trip to Plötzensee, then lunch in Charlottenburg, followed by an afternoon in Tiergarten. I’m excited to break my Berlin routines, and get new experiences without rushing all over the place.
Have you played tourist in your own city before?
